Why can't I purchase the items on the web... ?

Currently we do not have the technology or staffing to do this. In the future this may become available.

Can I call you and put a hold on the item ... ?

No. This is a first-come, first-serve system. To make it fair to everyone, you must pay for, and pick up the item in person.

What are your hours of operation ?

Outdoor Recreation is open from 9am until 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are not open Saturday or Sunday. Hours for other agencies vary. See the individual items listing for their hours.

Who manages this store?

The online store and actual sales are managed by Outdoor Recreation and overseen by the 56 Services NAF Accounting Office.

Who do I call if I have questions ?

For questions about the actual purchasing of an item or the process call Outdoor Recreation at Com 623-856-6267, DSN 896-6267. If you have a question about an individual items for sale, call the owning organization point-of-contact listed next to the item.

I don't have a truck, can you deliver an item for me ?

Unfortunately, we do not have that capability at this time. The AAFES service station has U-Hauls for rent. The phone number is 623-935-4953
